The calm guarantee

A good guarantee is not a marketing flourish. It is a sentence that lets a nervous reader breathe out.

A calm guarantee names the specific fear and answers it in the reader's own language. "If this does not help you within a week, reply to the receipt and I will refund it, no questions." That is more powerful than "30-day money-back guarantee," because it sounds like a person, not a policy.

Pair the guarantee with the smallest possible first step. Not the full commitment. A trial chapter, a free audit, a first call, a 15-minute path in. Lower the height of the first step and more people will take it.
