The trust audit
Six questions the visitor is silently asking, and where you should be answering each of them.
The Explore stage is not solved by a testimonial block. It is solved by answering six quiet questions, in the order they occur to the visitor:
1. Who is behind this? · 2. Why are they doing this? · 3. Have they done it before? · 4. Do real people use their work? · 5. What happens if I engage? · 6. Can I leave easily?
Walk your own site with those six questions in hand. For each, note where the answer lives. If any answer is missing, or lives three clicks deep, that is a leak.

- Place each answer within one scroll of where the question would occur.
